On Thursday, 7th May 2026, Landmark College successfully hosted an inspiring and impactful Career Day Programme aimed at exposing students to various career opportunities and guiding them towards achieving their future goals.

Professionals from different fields were invited to interact with the students, sharing valuable knowledge, experiences, and practical insights into their respective careers.

An Information Technologist enlightened the students on the roles of IT professionals in society, the different sectors they can work in such as banks, schools, hospitals, companies, and tech firms, as well as the rewarding opportunities available in the field.

A Psychologist engaged the students in an interactive session focused on self-awareness, emotions, strengths, and abilities. Her presentation included fun activities and guidance on the subjects required for studying Psychology.

A Mechanical Engineer educated the students on the importance of engineering in industries and society. He also encouraged the school to organize an excursion to his engineering company for practical exposure.

An Ophthalmologist taught the students about eye care and the responsibilities of eye specialists, while also explaining the academic requirements for students interested in medical careers.

Other professionals present included a Lawyer, Graphic Designer, and Entrepreneur, all of whom contributed immensely to making the programme informative, engaging, and inspiring.

The event provided students with the opportunity to learn more about different professions and better understand possible career paths for their future.
