INTRODUCTION: Cultivating Intentional habits can help you build self-esteem and improve your overall well-being.

The following are habits to consider or focus on:

MORNING HABITS:

Positive affirmations: Start your day by pronouncing positive affirmations to yourself such as "I am capable and competent”.

Gratitude journaling: Write down three things you're grateful for each day to focus on the positive.

Mindful Meditation: Practice mindful meditation to clear your mind and set intentions for the day.

DAILY HABITS:

Self-care: Prioritize self-care activities such as

exercise, reading or spending time in nature.

Positive self-talk by speaking kindly to yourself and reframing negative thought.

Boundary setting: Establish healthy boundaries with others to protect your time, energy and emotional well-being.

EEVENING HABITS:

Reflection and self-awareness: Reflect on your day,

acknowledging accomplishments and areas for improvement.

Self-compassion: Treating yourself with kindness,

understanding and patience.

Goal setting: Set realistic goals for the next day or week, breaking them down into achievable steps.

ADDITIONAL HABITS:

Surround yourself with positivity: Spend time with people who support and encourage you.

Practice self-forgiveness: Let go of self-criticism and forgive your mistakes.

Celebrate your success: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievement, no matter how small they may seem.
